With the warmer days coming, we realize that you may be planning for construction projects. The Avilla RDC offers facade grants for business improvements in the TIF district. Applicants for these grants must be approved before construction begins on the building. The maximum amount per applicant is $10,000.
The Avilla Chamber and the Town of Avilla would like to let you know that the Avilla RDC is hoping to expand the TIF district and that we will have more information available to you soon about the possible expansion.
