Drug Free Noble County’s purpose is to be the “connecting” piece that brings the community together to combat the use of alcohol, tobacco & other drugs (ATOD”S). Our mission is to reduce the illegal use & abuse of alcohol, tobacco & other drugs in Noble County through education, enforcement, treatment, prevention & coordination with other agencies. DFNC works with community partners to identify the needs and create opportunities to work collaboratively to address those needs.
